There is a reason why EVERYONE is giving Hollywood Pro Photography
Studios great reviews. I understand this review is long as hell but I just
had to share my experience.
I recently moved to Hollywood from
Texas and was expecting to get screwed by everyone for the simple fact
that I have no clue of how this business worked. Rob and Anna were
recommended to me by a casting agency and since I needed head shots I
decided to give them a ring.
I set up an appointment (same day
service!) and at first was kind of regretting my decision since I am
very poor but I knew I had to get them done sooner or later (to clarify
they also have the best prices in hollywood, which I later found out).
To make sure I was making the right choice, I decided to look up their
studio online to see if they were worth it. After reading all the
pleasant reviews I was both excited and re-assured to go in for my first
head shots.
I arrived early, and when I walked into the office I
instantly felt at home. I was not only greeted warmly by both Rob and
Anna, but they took the time out of their day to actually get to know me
and introduce me to all of the other people who were in the studio. We
laughed, we shared personal stories, we watched some netflix...ALL
BEFORE MY PICTURE WAS EVEN TAKEN!!! ( I arrived about an hour early lol)
Once
Rob took me back to take my photo's he could tell I was feeling a
little nervous, and since he took the time to get to know me a little,
he knew just how to calm me down and started talking to me about what
interested me. Not just surface bs, but he somehow found out how to
delve into what truly inspired me. Instead of barking orders and
snapping the shutter, he took only seconds to correct the meticulous
mistakes that non pro's make and made sure that I looked my absolute
best. After shooting around 200 pictures, Rob had become my friend, and
not just some merchant who's product I was interested in.
When
we finished our shooting, he led me out to talk to Anna and have my
photo's touched up. Even though Rob was busy and had more shooting to
do, he kept coming out to check on me and made sure we chose the best of
the best pictures for my head shots. Thats when Anna began to work her
AMAZING BLACK MAGIC on my photographs and meticulously turned this ugly
mug into a dashing King. Anna was so kind while she worked that we just
laughed the entire time talking about stories of our lives and making me
feel even more comfortable.
When we were finished, they both
sat me down and walked me through the ins and outs of this business and
taught me how to not succumb to the thousands of scammers in this city.
They even walked me through how to get work with my new head shots and
make money so I can thrive here.
Rob and Anna not only provide
an amazing service, but give you the most valued lesson of all. Leaving
their shop, I felt like I had been given the wisdom of sages and had
just become part of a growing family. Thank you guys so much. I am
indebted to you.

Robert is great down to earth fun loving

Robert is truly amazing! He has a nice studio
and excellent equipment. Robert did his best to make me feel comfortable during
my visit. He sat down with me and spent valuable time assisting me in

One mind-blowing experience for my first time modeling and
picture taking. True, genuine and caring professionals that go above what is
